New PSP tutorials (in danish) are available at the tutorial page the newest is a poster design, that I have made, inspired by a photoshop tutorial i saw a while back.

This was the year where I managed to get my blog running.

Considering the season, I decided to make this little
choir of girls singing carols in the snow.

Singing is such a beautiful way of combining many voices to one piece of music!

Stumbled over an article about the project One Laptop Per Child,  in the newspaper today - and personally I think that this might be one of the best development initiatives I have encountered for a very long time - I really see perspectives here.

Their vision in their own words is 'To create educational opportunities for the world's poorest children by providing each child with a rugged, low-cost, low-power, connected laptop with content and software designed for collaborative, joyful, self-empowered learning. When children have access to this type of tool they get engaged in their own education. They learn, share, create, and collaborate. They become connected to each other, to the world and to a brighter future'.

What they do, is that they have developed a really sturdy laptop, and they can be bought in pairs, you buy two laptops, you get one, and an other is donated to children in developing countries.

Just thought I would spread the word!

Learnt a new word today - I love to learn new words - especially ones like
Rambunctious.....a fantastic sound.

I actually had to turn to dictionary.com to find out what the meaning of the word was ;-)

Now as my third submission to Illustration Friday - here comes the rambunctious snowmen...

I have made a Lucia illustration  that I thought I would show you on Lucia day.
If you don't know what Lucia day is, it is a scandinavian tradition - you can read up on it here

I have been working on some more seamless patterns that I think you might enjoy. They are available on the stock-sites.

I really enjoy making patterns, the process of choosing colours, and choosing where to place the various elements in order to make the pattern flow is really relaxing to me.

 Wonder wheterall illustrators/designers have a type of illo/design that they relax making?

Spent some time on a series of carachters, that I have decided to call The Oneeyz.

I have been schetching them for a while, and now have them finalised.

This is a presentation of the complete group of charachters, and a seamless pattern, that I have made with them.

I won't promise anything, but I am quite sure that you will see them again, in the shop on cards and maybe even on a t-shirt....;-)

I love christmas, and have made a lot of christmas designs this year!

Found this really cool site, where you can design your own cover for the nokia 7310. I love the interface and the possibility of customising the cover.

I put together a couple of designs, I will probably make some more, that was really great fun.

This is one of the most peaceful pictures in my collection of photos.
It was taken a very early morning a couple of months ago.

I started this blog out by showing the illustrations I have been working on lately. The work with illustrations has also made me neglect the photography for a while - but I think it is time to show some of my photo's as well.

This one is from a series of still I made this spring, with Eggs and flowers - I love the vibrant colours.

The last couple of days I have been working on some seamless tiles.
I have made a postcard design with one of the tiles, you can find it in the shop
